Greg Scicchitano

Greg has been practicing law since 1990. He established the law firm of Scicchitano Law, PLLC in April of 2013.  His practice focuses on Real Estate, real property law, personal injury, civil litigation (Plaintiff and Defendant representation), Municipal Law and Vehicle & Traffic Law infractions including DWI’s.  Scicchitano Law, PLLC is a closing attorney for PrimeLending (a PlainsCapital Company), First Niagara Bank, N.A., M&T Bank, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Cole Taylor Bank.

Greg served as town attorney for the Town of Dewitt from 2004-2013. During that time, he handled all labor and personal contract negotiations involving the town, all tax certiorari matters and special district work, and oversaw enforcement violations of the Dewitt Town code.  He also was counsel to the Dewitt Police Commission.

Greg served as the Legal Counsel to Senator John A. DeFrancisco from 1997-2002.  He was responsible for drafting and reviewing all legislation introduced by the senator, regarding local and statewide issues.

Greg received his Bachelors of Arts in Business Management from Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY in 1987.  He then went on to complete his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware in 1990. Greg is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Pennysylvania as well as the USDC for the State of New Jersey and the USDC for the Northern District of New York.

Greg is married to Cheri Scicchitano and together they have four wonderful children and reside in Dewitt.
